The Challenge
Migrate UK, a specialist business immigration company working with UK businesses to secure required talent, were establishing a new company to facilitate workforce migration through a dedicated platform. We were challenged with developing a name and visual identity.
The Approach
Through a combination of desktop research, interviews and interactive workshops, we set out to understand the client, their new company and the marketplace it which it would operate. These deep insights informed the brand strategy, which underpinned and set the tone for the subsequent stages of the project including the name, visual identity and website look-and-feel.
The Outcome
Immpact launched in November 2023 and quickly established itself as a dynamic player in the workforce migration sector. Since its inception, its user base and market presence has expanded, proving just how powerful a well-crafted brand strategy is.
