Elevating a brand and developing a compelling narrative for the brand’s future direction.
United Car Rentals Qatar (UCR) wanted to elevate its brand beyond the conventional car rental service and make it synonymous with seamless, hassle-free experiences. Our mission was to distil and precisely articulate these ambitions, creating a clearer, more compelling narrative for the brand’s future direction.
1. Brand Strategy
Through collaborative workshops with UCR’s leadership and staff, we gained a deep understanding of the business and its operations. These sessions allowed us to extract critical insights regarding the company’s evolving statements, its core offerings, and unique positioning, ensuring that we could effectively articulate the brand’s value. We established a structured brand foundation, from which we developed a focused strategy and a cohesive brand narrative for consistent and impactful storytelling. We also defined a new set of guiding brand principles, underpinned by a singular, clear message.
2. BrandCulture
The workshops and online surveys helped us gain a clear understanding of the organisation’s values and the alignment between its external brand promise and how it was reflected internally. This helped identify gaps, allowing for a successful BrandCulture fusion. The insights we gathered guided the renewal of the internal culture. Our internal communications plan engaged and informed staff continuously, while recognising and rewarding behaviours that exemplify and amplify the brand.
3. Brand storytelling
A solid brand strategy assisted in delivering an implementation plan that enabled brand storytelling in a manner that was unique to UCR and enabled it to connect with its audiences in a much deeper way. We also helped our client successfully recalibrate its brand identity, presenting a more focused and relevant message in online and offline spaces.
UCR has etched its presence in the social media landscape, establishing a solid connection with its audience and generating noteworthy engagement and demand - an increase of over a 56%. Our work was recognised at the Transform EMEA Awards, were we picked up two accolades.
